Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission (AIHRC) on Thursday said they believe that the recent statement made by the First Vice President Abdul Rashid Dostum is a sign of a fragile situation in the country. AIHRC spokesman, Rafiullah Bedar, said they will not accept any act or speech that leads to the worsening of the situation regarding citizens' rights in the country. "Any force that speaks of its power and military power and uses their military actions should be according to the law, and should be inside the law's structure. The strikes hit "near a tent where people were receiving condolences for those killed this week in the neighboring district of Bab al-Nayrab," Observatory director Rami Abdel Rahman said.
